I have to start remembering that we always have beans and cheese for me ;DH gets his beans over brown rice. Mondays are always high carb days for me cause I forget to think ahead and not eat so many other carby things during the day.
Of course, the six SF wafer cookies didn't help either, lol.
B teras whey choc protein coffee 8
L string cheese and almonds 7.1
S 6 SF wafer cookies 16
S Teras whey protein hot cocoa 8
D beans,salsa,cheese 22.1
S popcorn lots 25
S cottage cheese and cherries9.9
76.1
One good thing, however, there were two wafers left in the package after I ate my 6,and I thought I should just eat those last two, then thought,no,OI don't have to eat them cause they are there,so I put thos two little wafers away, lol.

You can get tablets of lactic acid to take before you consume dairy products th;at makes the dairy not bother you, fyi.

I don't think you are eating enough. What is wrong with dairy?
Your body is going to think you are starving it (which you are) and is going to hold on to every ounce it can hold on to.
You need more calories. Your RnY will work if you keep your carbs low and watch your fat.
I really hope you will talk to your NUT about getting on a little higher calorie here. I'm worried about you. Starvation diets don't work. There is plenty of science to show that.

Hi June! You're such a sweetie. I say, if what you're doing works for you, don't try to fix it because you may break it!
As far as the Weigh in thread, I'm such a slow loser that it just makes me feel bad about myself. The only place I weigh in as on ticker, on my scale and Monday nights at Weigh****chers. I can't race, with myself or others because it sets me up to feel like a failure.

Hey MSW, us slow losers have to stick together. It's scary out there with the rapid losers. Thanks for the encouragement! :)

Hi Rebecca, we had surgery one day apart! :)
I don't do Stillman's. I've never researched it, though I was a vegan for a good part of my adult life. I do eat cheese and butter but drink soy milk or almond breeze in shakes etc.
I hope you find someone here who follows your plan because it's so great to have a pal.
Let me know how it goes as far as rapid weight loss. I'm willing to do most anything to get closer to goal before 1 year out. Right now I'm doing the Atkins 72 Induction.

Oh those look great. Unfortunately for me I can't eat anything with grain or multi-grain. I am gluten intolerant it seems.
But I bet other people will be looking for those crackers!!!
