Good morning everyone!!! I'm doing the Carb Accountability Roundup thread on Becky's behalf today --
I'm back on the low-carb wagon today -- Ate jordan almonds yesterday (sugary) and was up a pound and a half, sure as sunshine. Will see if I can get it comfortably below 20 gm carbs and see if that helps!

I do lose better on low carb. I just wanted some feedback. What do you think about low fat dressings and mayo? I found a site that has all kind od low carb products. What do you think of low carb bagels?? Thought I would ask.

I just wanted to get some feedback. I guess if you did not believe in low carb you wouldn't belong to this group.I do lose better with low carb.
Now, is it OK to use low fat mayo, salad dressing?? I am a lazy cook. How about frozen dinners. Are their any low carb ones out there?
This is what I put on the chicken wings. Walden Farms BBQ Sauce. No calories, nocarbs, no nothing.

That is just what I want to hear. Protein and veggies. What about Ricotta, low carb Russell Stover or Adkin snacks??? Or do you stay away all together?

I have hands and wrists that are easily aggravated because of so much transcription, and the total gym (the way the handles stress my parts) just aggravates it. For days I do not gym it, I have TurboJam DVDs that I love, or I just lift or do bodyweight stuff, squats, lunges, pushups, triceps dips, et cetera.
But - one thing I DO have to say, our total gym has a pin in it that holds it at different inclines, MAKE SURE ITS ALL THE WAY IN EVERY SINGLE TIME!!
My husband was working out, had it inclined up and also on a step up bench for more incline, had not checked the pin obviously in while and it came undone and folded up and cracked his skull!
The amusing part was when we went to the emergency room, it seemed that everyone was leary about his explanation that it was the total gym that cracked his head open, and even the Emergency Room doctor joked that he oughta listen to me better. Which was funny, except I felt bad in case there really was a man there who had a wife who beat on him, because that would not have been funny to him!
At any rate, my husband loves it, it hurts my hands/wrists/elbows, but CHECK THE PIN!! EVERY TIME!!

Preparing for the weekend!
2 scrambled eggs
2 Atkins bars
Bacon and tomatoes
4 ozs cheese
1 slice multi-grain bread with butter
Will try a few mouthfuls of chicken tonight, see if my vsg is still rejecting it (Lol)
Now one month without insulin.. Life is very good

not a great day for me on carbs, went out for late lunch early dinner at Abblebees had sizzling steak and cheese it came with potatoes so a few of forks full of those and threw the rest away, also had 4 tsp of desert.
Last couple of days i been hungry at night need to drink more i think.
breakfast premier protein shake 5 grams
lunch sizzling steak and cheese with mushrooms, red peppers,onion, 2 forks full of mashed potatoes.
4 tsp lava style desert.
Dinner left overs from lunch but no desert.
snack rest of steak and cheese.
snack fage yogurt and blueberries
snack 3oz slow cooked pork
Last couple of days i been hungry at night need to drink more i think.
