Okay folks, we are now one day closer to the weekend, whoo hoooooooooo!
I'll be back later to log my own intake -- This morning I've added spinach to the eggs hollandaise that I have every day. I've been on a three-week stall, but at least I'm not gaining any! Shooting for 30 grams net carbs today, I guess we'll see how I do!

0900 Tuesday, today I will have:
Marzipan bar (5.5 grms)
4 ozs cheese
2 Atkins bars (3 grms each)
4 all meat sausages
4 ozs lamb
Will have 2 scrambled eggs for supper if necessary.
Have a good Monday over there!

1/4 cup greek yogurt, 2 handfuls of blueberries, 3 strawberries
1.4 cup greek yogurt ,2 handfuls of blueberries, 3 strawberries
1 slice bacon, 1 laughing cow wedge, wrapped in 1 very small chicken breast (perdue)
sprinkled with parmesan cheese, chipolte seasoning. garlic
1/4 cup, greek yogurt 2 handfulls of raspberries, handful of blueberries, 2 strawberries.
1/4 cup, greek yogurt 2 handfuls of raspberries handful of blueberries, 2 strawberries

1/2 protein pudding
2 hardboiled eggs
2 oz ham w/ 1 laughing cow wedge
5 oz salmon
1/2 of a low carb protein bar
Calories - 825
Protein - 84
Carbs - 13
Down 8/10s of a pound at WW tonight. That's 2.5 pounds in two weeks of Low Carb which is a BIG loss for me after maintaining for a long time. I'm geared up to get this weight off. Thanks for all the encouragement I get here.
