Topic: RE: Feeling CARBtastic? (Not!!!) Let's have it -- What's your Danger Zone?
Moderate trouble makers for me are SF candy, cookies. also regular chips can be a issue but I seem to be able to stop with them. Evern so I try not to even start with them.

Big trouble makers are everything else, lol. cookies, pies, baked goods, candy, even the ones I make just for me WLSF i can eat the whole whatever it is in a day or two. Even the FLPNBC can get me in trouble. I made some last night ,ate 4 plus some before they were even baked, but today i put them in the pantry and they haven't been an issue.

If I had to choose something I won't let in the house I guess it would be anything home baked.

I am like you:in the past I could ,and have eaten a whole pie,all the choc chip cookies,a whole bag of store bought cookies, two bags of jelly beans...half of the dinner I was cooking for the family while it was cooking, including the vegs and had to fix more for the family so they wouldn't know then sat down and ate a full dinner with them!.

While I try not to beat myself up and just knopw that the rest of the day/night/tomorrow is another chance to try,I do feel some regret that i ever let carbs back in my life. I believe I would be at goal now if I hadn't gotten sidetracked in Sept when I was on an extended vacation.

But even regret is a useless emotion unless it propels me into change and I am seriously trying to use what I have learned and make things happen for me again. I have every confidence I will overcome, because I have a tool I never had before and I intend to use it!

Oh, yeah,oh man,Rice a Roni! That is the thing i can't let in the house.

Does anyone one know how I can rid of my 2nd widget?

I went into the widget page and it is only there once.

Thanks for any help.

I wanted to come say Good Morning as I start my day and plan my food.  I have it all logged into Myfitnesspal and it looks good.  Now I just need to stick to it.  I have a much better chance once it's all written down.

My first two weeks on Atkins with keeping carbs under 20 ended pretty well.  I weighed in at WW last night and I'm down 2.5 pounds for the two weeks.  It may sound puny, but for me it's a good letting go of weight.  I've been the same since Thanksgiving, so this feels like a good restart.

Let's make it a good healthy day around here!
