He is, but he would not fit into your very active now lifestyle!  He is a hard worker sits in front of the computer all day and most the night.

But he is a good bubs, that Timmy.

Fella and John (the eldest brother) got all the action adventure genes!

Timmy and Fella got all of the niceness.

I use unsweetened almond milk in my coffee, a cup is 40 calories and 2 grams of carbs with 1 gram of fiber, and it mixes well and tastes good!  I use it for all of my milky needs, since unlike with cows milk, I am not compelled to just open my gullet and pour it down!  :}  Lufs me some milk!

I use 1/3 cup of it in my big ol coffee cup and its lightens and creams it up nicely!

{{Hugs}} You didn't fail!!!

Sometimes I think we have an out of body experience and stuff like this happens. I know for me, when I look at why I've done something similar, it's as if I'm a child who isn't going to be happy until she gets her way. I'm not saying this is you but it's my truth and I have to be aware of my feelings and thoughts and bratty little Jean inside!

If you have any of that cake left around just dump it and pour coffee grounds or hot sauce or dog food on it. Four bites, one time, you can climb back onto the wagon...make your next bite of food nutritious and on plan.

Good luck...

....and I hit the ground hard!
I feel like an absolute failure!
Okay, for some strange and odd reason I had an OVERWHELMING craving for cake...of all things! I have not craved sweets in a loooong time! I have been doing SO well on Atkins!!
The bad part...is I gave in and ate 4 bites of cake *half a slice*...and I feel terrible!

I cannot describe how ashamed I am...how gross I feel. It feels like a lump of lard in my pouch...

I asked myself, "Amy, why did you do this?!" And when it came down to it, all I could think about was..."I wanted it..."  Yes, I have some stress in my life....but I don't feel that I ate out of stress...or boredom.....or anger or depression.

Argghhhh.... I'm so upset with myself....

Anyone have any advice or words of encouragement??

Thanks....

Nuts and seeds don't keep you full very long.  Eat more dense protein, preferably cooked without added carbs.  Many factory processed raw meats (like Smithyfield) have added carbs as do cooked frozen wings, fajita strips, etc.

The extra carbs from nuts and processed meats could increase your apetite.  Some people find that artificial sweeteners do this as well.
