Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

Hang in there Paul. Maybe you're getting a lot of sodium? That ham and cheese may be loaded with it. I retain fluids really quickly from those type of foods. Also, people talk a lot about stalling from the Atkins bars. Are you happy with your current weight or still looking to drop a few?

Hi Everyone,
I eat Dreamfields Pasta. 5 grams of carbs for 2 oz dry. You can find it in the supermarket in the pasta isle.
LocarbU.com is a website that has everything you can imagine that is low carb.

mine came out crunchy...think I baked them too long. am going to try again.

Definitely always share regardless of how random you think it is. This is the place to do it. I didn't see which coast you're on, but if it's the west coast, why wait until tomorrow to be back on track. Hop back on right now.
I totally get how sometimes a plan seems great in my head, but then, not so much later on. Come write about those plans and get opinions before you do them. Going overboard pre-op is really different than what overboard is post-op. I did that a week ago when I ate 2 oz of almonds. Pre-op that would have been a munch, but post-op it was just about a Sleevie ache.

Topic: RE: Question about protein pudding???
I think that Vitamin Shoppe allows you to return products that you don't like. I personally love this product and eat it several times a week to get in enough protein. It helps to mix it with Almond Breeze or unsweetened plain soymilk which are both low in carbs because it adds to the flavor of the pudding.

Topic: Question about protein pudding???
I went to the Vitamin Shoppe last night and the only size they had was a huge pack of 15..I know 15 isn't alot but it is if I hate it. Does anyone know if there is a place I can get a sample or purchase a single pack to try it?? I would love to do it that way but if not I'm gonna break down and get the big one. Just let me know!!! TIA

why me and carbs don't get along. So today I broke my diet :( the scale just seemed stuck and I figured eat 1 day then get back on strict ( yeah it made better sense in my head) well not only has my tummy been upset all day but the gas ( sorry tmi) is horrible. I never had any of this while on Atkins...go figure. And the sad thing is I didn't even go overboard ( well not really). So I am pleased to say that I am glad to be back to low carb eating tomorrow. Gonna really start keeping track of carbs and calories and everything else. Lets see if I can get that scale to move this week!!! Sorry if this was kinda random just wanted to share!!!!
