Oh Yeah, I'm one of the sodium counters.  I do have Morningstar sausage patties in the freezer but rarely eat them.  I've never tried the bacon, even in all my years as a vegan.  I just couldn't wrap my little brain around veggie bacon.  :)

Vegetarian bacon LOL!

Regrettably, high sodium for those who count it.

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

I recently read an article O magazine and they are known as a superfood. Keeps you full and is high in omega three. Dr.Oz als states the same about them.

A friend told me about them.  I posted some research on another board a short time back.  Chia seeds seem to be for more than planting chia pets.  I'll likely pick some up soon.  They are reasonable enough to make it worth a try.

Have you tried chia seeds? Read that they are great with omega 3.
