. . . . How do you heat your whey cocoa without curdling the protein?

Okay, my friend from across the ... pond? puddle?

What is pot cottage cheese?  From California, that sounds like something slightly illegal.  I say slightly, because that sort of thing is legal in some parts of California, but federally prohibited.

Oh, Goody -- I hope the trifle was yummy;  I'm making myself some soft custard, which reminds me of truffle.  I ran out of Nyqui, so I'm going to go for benadryl and a hot toddy.

See y'all on the flip side!

I like yogurt too when my stomach is a little wonky.  I especially like yogurt with mint.

My Sleeve didn't feel well yesterday and I was craving greek yogurt and berries.  I think that's easier to digest than steak or whatever so that's why I wanted it it.

Funny how we all have different things to make us feel better.

I had some kind of a stomach virus the past few days and all I wanted to eat was carbs carbs carbs.  When my stomach doesn't feel right, I want potatoes and tomatoes.  Pasta with marinara always makes my tummy feel better.  I know a lot of people say tomatoes give them heartburn, but I am just the opposite.  I want any kind of potatoes, with ketchup!  Oh, and I want charcoal grilled steak too!

So I put a few of the lbs.  back on that I lost while low carbing.  I am working my way back to low carbs.  I am now craving seafood, so I know my stomach is better and I can go back to low carb.

Do you find it hard to stick to low carb when you are not feeling well?  I know that when I have a cold I want citrus and spicy food.

I have never been much of a breakfast person.  I am not fond of traditional breakfast foods.  I would rather have leftovers from dinner, but it would be more like brunch.

I do like a nice lunch and dinner.  I usually fix a nice dinner because then I have family to enjoy it with me.   I do think there is validity to the the breakfast like a king theory, but I am never that hungry in the morning.   I do think a lighter/early dinner is best, but not always practical.

I do know one thing, if I eat something sweet or carby in the morning, I get ravenous quickly.

Margo, I completely understand about the family dinner.  I live alone so it's much easier for me to plan what I want to eat.  I'm not changing anything right now except to add in more fish to see if that will help me along to goal.

I too have that last 10-15 that I want to shed and it's a bear trying to get there.
