I ate an egg cudstard (made with Splenda) and an apple.  Also a glass of wine, with some benadryl (because the allergies are wreaking havoc with my headcold).  I can barely see straight right now, vut I',m feeling much better.

Not counting on weight loss overmight, as I have a huge head filled with headcold crud blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

You know., 39 g net carb doesn't seem that high, overall.  But what WAS it?

Okay, another thing I've always wanted to know:  What is GAMMON?

I am super sensitive to carbs that way too. I have found the most success doing what you are doing and until I let too many carbs squeeze in I was doing great. it has taken 6 weeks to even get status quo with where I was before christmas. I too have learned my lesson.

I also use unsweetened almond milk.

Sunday 1900....  Nice to be famous (?)

Didn't have a lamburger for tea, had gammon.

Tomorrow I plan to have:

2 scrambled eggs and 1 oz cheese
Gammon
Corned beef, mushroom and onion soup
2 Atkins bars
2 packets Ryvita Minis
Coffee and fruit teas.

What's it like to be always behind us British?  LOL

Thanks for posting.  I think the carb/protein ratio is a little high for me now, but maybe in maintenance!
