Atkins Alfredo Sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup grated Pecorino Romano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and simmer until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan, Pecorino Romaro, pepper and nutmeg until the cheeses have melted and sauce is smooth.
3. Serve right away.
Cilantro if you choose.

Berries I am pretty good with too,blue and straw seem not to cause a prob. I will remember the whip cream too,lol. Fats are my friend....
I am the same. BTW: beans get my craving going. I can have some fruits - berries with whip cream - I can eat them, and not crave more.
Also - splenda and Sugar alcohols - do affect me. When I get Splenda or SA for a couple of days - I start craving real carbs like crazy.... so watch for that.
