Okay, friends -- it's Sunday Funday!  Been enjoying the kids, working in the garden, and doing a LOT of laundry!  Still, getting back-on-track today after an embarassing incident involving homemade cinnamon-cashew mandel bread (and let's leave it at that).

Today:

B:  Poached eggs (no hollandaise, regrettably) and LOTS of good coffee
S:  Vitamin C water
L: Stilton with apricots (bought two varieties of stilton and some glaucestershire cheese with you in mind, Paul)
S:  Fried queso blanco with eggplant dip
D:  Chicken, kabocha squash, roasted asparagus
S:  Homemade fresh tuna sushi wih avocado

Let's see ... there's French, British, Mexican, American Indian, and Japanese food in my day.  Can anyone top that?

Morning everyone!  We have a break in the rain and I think I'm going to go take myself for a walk before the downpour starts up again!

As I look at the CARb threads, I can't help but notice the variety among people, but the way that we all tend to stick to favorites that work well for us as individuals.  I can understand why we stick to what works -- but I'm wondering why it is that we're so consistent!

Today will be:

B:  Eggs hollandaise wtih lox and lots of coffee wtth full cream
S:  Fried cheese
L:  Leftoer noodle-free lasagna
S:  Peanut butter and celery (childhood fave)
D:  Roasted chicken with grilled asparagus and kabocha squash

Howabout you?

I am loving these muffins! Thanks for sharing! The only thing is...they oughta come with a warning...may cause gas and other unpleasant effects! The other day I ate one and had horrible gas and lower abdominal gas pains shortly afterwards. However; they do a great job if you are "poop challenged"!!! haha!  ;-)
