Its a 1600 cal day per plan but I'm running low.  Carbs are high, way over 25% max due to three atkins bars and the sugar alcohols so my net carbs are ok.  The real carbs for the day come from an apple and the coating on fried fish.

apple, neufchatel cheese, lc tortilla, p****er

2 breaded fried catfish fillets, atkins caramel nut bar, 3cups mocha with almond milk

breaded fried catfish fillet, 2 atkins peanut caramel cluster bars, 3cups mocha with almond milk

No dinner yet but if I do eat it will be a lc tortilla vegie pizza at worst.  Net carbs may go over between 0g and 10g at worst.  Also, I need another pint of water to complete my liquids for the day.

I lost my older brother 30 years ago... I still can't mentally go back to that time.  It hurts. He was 28. Died in March 1981 in a commercial plane accident.   Horrible time. My sis  and I tried to talk about that a couple a years ago.  We were able to talk about that time. But not much.

It was very hard for me to accept his death.  Still it is.   (((HUGS)))
