Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

I see we have a lot of new members in the last month!
Please come out of lurking as we need to get this board a hopping. So many of us do a Atkins/low carb diet as it is the mainstay of a Bariatic way of life.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
Just kiddin' folks. Yep lots of us are low carbers, ol' Doc Atkins was way ahead of his time! It would be nice to get this board up and active again like it was once. Go for it. I was gone fot the weekend. If we turn it into a crap band board the happy banders will be mad.
BUT, I didn't lose wieght until they unfilled the band and I was able to start eating Atkins way again.
I've lost 50 pounds since Jan 1st. 61 of the pounds I gained from the band medical issues gone. After I got it all unfilled I lost another 4.
