Atkins Flu - Decarbing, Day 6, Grrrrrrrr

It's day six of de-carbing, for me.  I cried at lunch.  Then began weeping inconsolably in the car on the way home, and couldn't stop.

Still, managed not to eat sugary, carby junk, so yay me, though right now I think I've slid into a sudden depression and ..... gah!

B:  3 eggs, 2 oz cheese in omelet
S:  coffee with cream
L:  turkey jerky
S:  cheese
S:  greek yogurt smoothie -- definitely going to try sugar-free cheesecake pudding as a mix-in tomorrow
D:  fish chowder.  We're in blustery southern california, and it's windy windy windy right now.

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

OMG...just yesterday I wrote in the VSG maintenance group about how emotional I get when I am "dieting". It doesn't seem to matter if I am going low-carb or low-cal - my emotions are all over the place! It gets so bad that I give up. I have tried sticking it out but can't stand myself. I got alot of good advise from people but wondering how you get past it???
