My carb intake went pretty well today, until I got home to the locally grown fuji apples, and ate two, but overall I still don't think that's too bad!
B: 3 eggs, 2 morningstar sausage patties
S: tuna salad on edam
L: iced tea
S: kefir/blackberry smoothie
D: cottage cheese, and then two apples
Overall: 1,350 calories, 145 gm protein, and about 70 carbs
