Okay, for accountability's sake, here's what I ate (feel free to post your own eats, if it helps!)":

B:  2 poached eggs, 2 veggie sausage patties, 1 slice cheese
S:  4 oz tuna with 1 T mayo
L:  two slices gouda
S:  1 C greek yogurt, 1/2 C blackberries
D:  1/2 green pepper, 3 oz beef
S:  1/4 C cottage cheese

I had:
Coffee with 2 Tbsp cream
Turkey soup - homemade
Greek yogurt with sf cheesecake pudding mix - 1/2 c
Chili - homemade with deer meat...added cheese and a dollop of yogurt

Didn't count liquids and forgot my vitamins but am working on those!
