Tuesday Carbs

Yesterday was a good carb day for me after all. It was low on proteins... but can't have everything.
today plan to load on proteins so that will balance the last few days and also prevent me from having carbs.

coffee + coconut milk (really like it)
homemade nut bars.
3 hard boiled eggs
meatloaf + pickles
turkey + veggies
salad w chicken or fish
apple or peach
