Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Monday.... not again - carbs
back to work day. My weekend was nice ... but busy...
My BF's sister's Father In Low died... and they were close. Another death on the family. Sad. (My BF and his Sister lost GrandMa not long time ago). I am there for them, but that reminds me of my own family (or rather lack of it...most of them are gone) . It makes you reflect on things, bring no-so-cheerful memories.... The funeral is this week. In the past - I would eat to stuff the sorrow... Now - still eat - but try to make better choices. Need to stay away from alcohol. (working on that)
Today is viewing, so I am facing a long day. And emotional one.

Coffee + almond milk
pork loin, cucs, + peach
rosemary ham... + salad
nuts + apple
dinner: not sure - may go out to eat after the viewing... or snack on the way home.. (1.5 hr drive..)
