Well I got up early and went to the gym.  That is a great start to my week.  Now just have to get my eats under control

B-ham & chs omel
s-veggies
L-Chili with cheese
D-taco salad with no shell

Looks like you are doing great...
I have been so busy... Business and personal..no time ...
but eats can eb interesting... 

coffee + almond milk
peach (2) + bacon + cucumbers
pork + more cucumbers... 
protein cake... 
dinner:
not sure, have a few options to consider 0- but most likely taco salad.. (leftover from yeasterday)
included meat+ veggies+ yogurt+ more veggies. ( home made - real meat - not fake meat from taco bells..lol)

Look whoose low carbing again. 

Atkins induction level then on to a ketogenic diet.  Today I missed my net carb mark by half a gram because i forgot about a drink mix single.  Oh well...
