Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

Thursday carbs

One more day to the long weekend. It will be much easy to be low carb - when I am with my BF - food may not exist and if I do eat - I follow the low carb diet - if nothing else - to avoid the unpleasant gas and other symptoms.
Today is a mixed day:
coffee + almond milk
chips + almond butter + SF preserve. (weird - I know)
biscuit (i know... but it was there)
beef roast + pickles
some fish + veggies

maybe some fruit...

Grandsons here for 3 day sleep over. I caved to Five Guys ffs so am back to Day I carb abstinance. I avoided:
oatmeal,cheese bread,watermelon,doritos, pnbutter and banana,popcorn,hotdogs,doritos again,smores!
I consider it a successful day.
B double total factor choc protein shake/homemade almond milk
L homemade taco salal/no shell or chips
S Syntrax nectars choc truffle protein shake/homemade almond milk
D same as lunch
