Monday carbs - already?

I do need to clean my carbs ,,, not so good lately... carbs taste good,  but they are messing up my digestion ( gas and more gas) and they are messing up with my blood sugar... It feels like i am playing riussina roulette.  Need to stop that.

today I will be a "good girl"
Tea,
coffee + almond milk
nuts
pork + veggies
chicken + veggies
and like that... keeping low carb...

B double total factors choc protein shake/homemade almond milk
L home made taco salad/no shell or chips
D grass fed beef meatballs/homemade marinara sauce,no pasta
S protein drink as above
