Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

you did good... I - not so much... but keep trying...
(I blew my carbs on some french fries, crab cake, and 2 simple cakes... ) o... lets not forget a mango...a whole freaking mango... lol..
But the fruit- worry me just a bit, not very much, the cookies - THEY need to go.

All wer can do is keephaving more luck since I came to the realization that my addiction to carbs is no different than an addiction to alcohol, nicotine,or cocaine.
If I was addicted to them and wanted to stop I would have to just stop, one day at a time. While it IS different with food, cause I just can't stop eating or not go places where food id being served,I think about it more seriously,I guess, when I put it right up there with the other addictions.
I feel horrified when I think about what it might be like if I was addicted to one or more of the others. Carbs for me,should horrify me that I am addicted to them,no difference. Carbs, and sugar are still"acceptable" in most circles,a silent addiction,if you will.
But I don't want to be a slave to any addiction so I am working at it that way.

I know... that's how some of the carbs are for me...
I can't have them home... like alcohol...
