Friday Carbs

not too good. Already got my carbs to over 100 today.  Started crashing during the night and can't keep my BS leveled.   This mornig, crashed again, and had to have carbs yet again... md then more carbs. I hate days like that. taht too shall pass. 
why ? I had a glass of wine yesterday. I large glass of wine.  I knew better.  Maybe not...
today is going to be a carby day... whatever I need to do to keep it stable...

but tomorrow is good day .. right?

nut butter and glucose tablets (2)
yogurt + fruit + nuts
crackers.+ PB, SF jelly
coffee
chicken + veggies
some meat + veggies
eggs?
and then who knows?

Haaang in there. Day 12 of carb abstinance for me. doing good.
B double total factor choc protein shake/homemade almond milk
L taco meat on lettuce,tomato/cheese
D spinach egg pie
S shake as above
