I haven't felt good so yesterday was a bad carb day and no walking yesterday or today.  But I will get that back added in also

B-ham & Cheese Omelet
L-chicken breast and cottage cheese
D-hot wings - not breaded

Probably a few beers before the hot wings so really trying to cut back.

not walked today. Day to take a break...

eats is so -so, not good, snacking most of today so far...

coffee + al milk
pork loin+ same regular wafers.. (did not make me feel good)
protein muffins + nuts
more coffee,...+ protein bar (not good... too many carbs and sugar, made me dump... grrr)
nuts + 1 fig+ 1 apricot.. + more nuts
pickles + coffee

plan to have:
pork loin+ veggies
fiber carb free muffin.

now need a nap...

B double total factor protein shake/homemade almond milk
L boiled egg
S boiled egg,cashews
D almond crusted baked chicken
S protein shake as above
