Back on track.  May be allergic to cheese and whey. Trying to get enough proteins without that for at least a week..

coffee + almond milk
pork loin
nuts
pork + sour kraut
more pork loin + veggies
peruvian chicken dish
peach
coffee  and tea...

I am Back on track also! Went to the gym for a great workout today.

Didn't have a lot of food today...But, going to try to have a decent dinner..

Tofu-shirataki

and

Chicken beast

and..

Atkins Alfredo Sauce

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup grated Pecorino Romano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and simmer until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan, Pecorino Romaro, pepper and nutmeg until the cheeses have melted and sauce is smooth.
3. Serve right away.


Cilantro if you choose!!!

When I posted this yesterday it was supposed to be Sunday carbs,lol. got ahead of myself so will tack on my Monday here too.
