Wednesday Carbs
It looks like it is you and I ,,, that's it.
My day was too carby today... but I walked... so there.. burned some.
Today eats:
coffee+ Al milk
nuts + cherries. (I have them - I eat the. Then I fart... o well)
protein cakes + fiber
peruvial stule turkey with veggies
proteoin bar (20 gr carbs)
PB+ protein powder (made a treat)
tea and coffee
dinner: really would like to have a toasted french bread with brie and lettuce and ham.. with fresh tomatoes... but... it is not in a plan:
so had instead: roast beef - italian style. (not sure why they call that italian - but it is RTE, good meat... spicy.. o well..

I skiped a day... I meant to past in tuesday.,.. Not much will change in my eating plan anyway.

BTW: found new recipe for pork loin. Made a huge batch. Easy and fast.
I had a huge porl loin - 8 lbs. (I know lol). Got it out of the wrapper. Placed in an open roasting dish on top of some cut onions and carrots. the fat side up.
Preheat oven to 520 F. I put some spices mix on top of the pork. (mix - salt, pepper, paprika, onions, garlic - all dry - we call that - Montreal steak seasoning - great) place in the hot oven for 5.5 min per lb (for me it was total 45 min - 8 lbs).
Let it roast. Do not open the oven. After that time - turn the oven off. leave the meat in for at least 1 hr - up to 3-4 hrs. It will cook. just because the oven is hot.
Once it cools - remove from the oven. I also removed the fat from the top.
Great.
1 lb need only 5.5 min in that hot oven - then 1 hr to sit inside. same with 2-3 lbs. (5.5 min per lbs only). then one hr.
With my huge portion - I cooked it at midnight - and then left till morning (6 hrs). was perfect.

Stilton butter is 4 parts stilton to 1 part single or double cream and blended. Great on crispbreads, toast, steak, chicken or burgers. The meaner the stilton the better!
Poached eggs and cheese is a good start... Here in the UK we're three hours ahead of EST, so I'm always early or late posting.
