Lost 5 pounds this last week, half will be water but I don't care!

3 or 4 boiled eggs
2 sausage and chestnut burgers
4 ozs cheese and 3 rye crispbreads
Coffee and tea.

This board seems to be awfully quiet....

Hi Paul.
Seems you are OK with work this week lol.
Back to basics.  I do want to go low carbs. The weekend I did splurge... on carbs.. but that is OK.
Walked this morning. 3.6 miles.
Need to do cleansing and elimination diet.  My sinus (allergy to something) is killing me.
For now - eliminated cheese. Have to try to eliminate whey.  It would be tough.  But need to do that.  probably will use egg proteins. () and a lot of meat and fish.
eats:
coffee+ al milk
2 HB eggs.
isopure protein (10 oz)
pork + veggies
more proteins...

Can you get an allergy test?  I had one many years ago to determine exactly which pollens I couldn't tolerate so I could eliminate them from the houseand garden.

Today I found that I could eat one sausage and chestnut burger a day, but not two.....  They are 6 ozs burgers so they are quite large.  Still, I thought that eating them 3 hours apart wouldn't cause problems, oh boy are they sour when they come back up!  LOL

I do not think it is pollen allergy.  I think I developed food allergy. I can do a test. But it is not really reliable.  And best testing is "elimination diet".  Though I hate to do it... lol...
I may go with blood test...

back from a 10mday vacation and am doing the million dyay pouch test,it tht is what it takes. I am up 9# from my lowest weight of 148 and that was a month ago! I have been totally spinning my wheels fdor a month. It is stopping right here.

Carbs are high cause of the tomato soup... all I had on hand gonna make some homemade low carb broc cheese tomorrow so that will be better
