Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Thoroughly miserable back to work Thursday carbs
The work nightmare continues...
3 boiled eggs
2 lamb burgers
3 rye crispbreads and pate
4 ozs cheddar
Coffee and tea.
I put on 4 pounds over the two week holiday and I'll be glad to get rid of them. As you can guess, not so glad the holiday is over. Still, I have a cruise in the Med to look forward to in October!

I can see a definite pattern... lol...
My headache is back.. I do not like that. And sinuses are bad, Still giving up the cheese.
made some high fiber - high protein cookies this morning, instead of walking - was too hot.
Now - I do not even measure anything. Just dump things into a bowl, mix it, taste it - to make sure it is OK - and bake it. Made 4 dozens. usually 3-4 is a full meal.
I use eggs, water or almond milk, some coconut oil (melted). Then add stevia + protein powder + baking powder. Mix well. needs to be a pudding consistency. the add fillers to make it cookies like: protein crisps, nuts, seeds, etc. let is stand for 15-20 min. some of the liquid will be absorbed, and the batter is not runny anymore.
Place on cookie sheet. flatten with fork. Bake 10 min at 400.
The basic batter with no "fillers" I use to make cakes. BTW: IMO the basic batter needs to be twice as sweet as you want to cake or cookies to be.
my eats today:
coffee + Al milk
peach + cookies
more cookies
lettuce wraps, w chicken or something fishy...
sliced pork loin, veggies
more veggies... and some pork, chicken or turkey.
