Hello there everybody!  Sliding back into low carbing today, 20 grms a day from tomorrow.

2 eggs and a Ryvita
Beef and carrots
Light cheese triangles and 3 Ryvita
Cottage cheese and pineapple (I know, I know!!)
Coffee and tea

Two weeks holiday and I'm exhausted.

coffee and heavy cream
wrap - seaweed, ham, cheese, broccoli slaw, ginger, coconut oil
shiritaki noodles and spicy sausage, sun dried tomato alfredo sauce
big yummy burger steak, broccoli, salad with ranch
dessert - cinnamon splenda chicharones - yummy

Walked 3 miles today - training for half marathon.
