Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

Monday Carbs

New week... new day...
I did not sleep much last night.  My BF Gmother passed away so we were there till midnight.  ( I was there to support him) This morning, had a hard time to wake up.

But I cooked a lot of food over the weekend, so at least that is great.

Coffee + milk
3 cheese sticks
protein cake
more coffee + milk
beef + veggies (or protein shake)
yogurt + flax meal
turkey + veggies.
nuts or more cheese.

Plan to do low carb...

 Hala, I'm so sorry about your BF's loss.  He is very lucky to have you supporting him at this time.



B:  eggs hollandaise wiht spinach and lox, also coffee with cream
S:  none
L: sliced turkey, sashimi
S: two protein bars (not healthy, but I was on the go)
D: a green pepper
