Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

Wednesday Carbs

Middle of the week... so much work... not enough time and desire to do it.
Anyway... since yesterday I had the fruits anyway ... I end up with some extra sins... wine...at the end of the day.  But I really needed it. Stress.

Today... well, it is not going to be supper low carb day... but I will try to limit the damage.

coffee + almond milk
2 peaches + nuts (there we go again...)
coffee+ almond milk
protein drink (very low carb) .
beef+ cucs
flax/protein muffin 
dinner - meatloaf + fresh salsa... (maybe)


flax/protein muffin  (use 1/4 cup flax meal, 1/4 cup protein powder, 2 eggs, stevia, backing powder; then nuke in a larger cup -16 oz for 3-4 min).

steak and cauliflower/squash/cheese/greenchili casserole

dessert - dunno yet - something low carb

 Was having so much fun playing with my kids that I actually forgot to eat until about noon, and then nearly keeled over from low blood sugar.  Must remember not to do that again!

B:  coffee, cream, sweetener

L:  egg/cheese/yogurt omelette

S:  Trying a myoplex soy/whey shake, will see the consequences

D:  protein-style burger
