Wednesday Carbs
Heat wave here.. heat index is suppose to be in 100's.fun fun fun
Day 3 of iron infusions. Love it. (not really)
eats:
coffee+ almond milk
peanuts
protein/flax cake
string cheese, cheese, peanuts
flax muffin
yogurt + proteins + berries
beef roast, cucumbers
LNS: not sure.. peanuts or cheese... or yogurt.
Not necessary in this order... but you get the idea,

Today is a hungry day. I cant seem to get enough to eat and dont know why. But it is the last day of my steriods so hopefully next week will be less calories and back to the gym.
Corned beef & cabbage
1/2 hot dog and 1/2 bratwurst
cucumber & piece of cheese
all the above already eaten at its not even noon
the rest of all the above
going out for dinner will have steak and some veggies

Steriods - darn them. We need them but they do make us hungry.
I get steroid now with my iron. After the infusion - I feel famished. But 1.5 oz of nuts helps to curb the hunger. Yes - it is extra calories, but the fat helps... and the fiber.
I made flax muffin:
1 egg, 1/4 cup flax meal, 1/4 tsp backing powder. sweetener. Mix it all , nuke for 2 min. Invert on a plate. Let it cool. eat. - getting the proteins, some fat + lots of fiber; net carb ~0
