This what I plan to eat, but that may not stay the same. It seems like I have to "make time" to make my meals ready to go the next day.

S: Sunflower Seeds
D: Cucumber w/ Italian dressing, deviled eggs and tuna fish w/ mayo, flatout bread
S: Sugar-Free Jello
F: 110 C: 44.6 (- 14) = 30.6 P: 158.7

I stayed "good" even during a very long meeting that had homemade baked goodies! Probably because I brought baby carrots and cheese sticks for everyone (incuding me)
