I haven't had corned beef in months, will have some this week!

One of the US warehouse-style store - Sam's have the deli-sliced corned beef... wonderful..
I only get the real corned beef for St Paty's day...

This what I plan to eat, but that may not stay the same. It seems like I have to "make time" to make my meals ready to go the next day.

B: 2 boiled eggs
S: Muscle Milk
L: Grilled Chicken Breast, cheddar cheese sticks
S: Sunflower Seeds
D: Cucumber w/ Italian dressing, deviled eggs and tuna fish w/ mayo, flatout bread
S: Sugar-Free Jello

F: 110  C: 44.6 (- 14) = 30.6  P: 158.7

I have to make my meals the night before.  If I don't I just have to grab what's in the fridge, or buy a pork pie (or fish and chips) etc.

Logged it all in my nutrition tracker.  About 30 net after dinner.  Will try to keep my snack low, too.

I stayed "good" even during a very long meeting that had homemade baked goodies!  Probably because I brought baby carrots and cheese sticks for everyone (incuding me)

B:  scrambled eggs and cheese, coffee with cream
S: string cheese, fresh snap peas
L: sashimi
S: amond butter cookies
D: schnitzel and kiwifruit

Back down four pounds of eleven gained (is that what it was?)
