Thursday Carb Accountability

Good day everyone.
Doing well. Went out for a 3.6 mile brisk walk today. Feel good.

Eating shall be simple:

coffee + raw goat milk (x 2)
protein shake with goat milk (not that much) 
roast (beef or pork) + some veggies... (if I have them)
yogurt + proteins + flax + berries
flax muffin
some nuts (maybe)
D: meatloaf + pickles; blackberries + whip cream...

Rain, sun hailstones.  Good summery day in Wales.

3 boiled eggs
2 Atkins bars
Salad with sausage and cheese X2
Coffee and tea.

My stomach hates salad!!

Mine does also - but only sometimes. And only some of it.

 I am not claiming that today was a good day of eating, but it was somewhat low-carb anyways. 

B nothing
L protein bar
S piece of bacon
D 5 cut green beans, 2 niblets of pineapple, 3/4 cup of broccoli carrot cheese soup 
and 1 oz pork roast
S Starbucks Sugar-free Vanilla Latte w/ protein added
S protein bar

Tonight I cooked up some meat, so hopefully I will go to that tomorrow, instead of another protein bar.  I would like to eat them less, but they are so easy to grab and eat. 

Also, I need to get in more water.
