Easy day today... Come back from a short trip. I had a great time and I followed a low carb diet. Splurged a bit one day... but all on good carbs... dark chocolate.

Today is a good day. I do plan to do a "semi-cleanse diet" either next week or the week after. I was on antibiotics for 7 days and I think my body may use some good cleanse. With a lot of greens and probiotics.
Got raw milk today - so I will be able to make a great raw milk yogurt and cheese... That will be fantastic.
But - back to the normal programing:
coffee + whole milk
4 cheese sticks
coffee + Al milk
beef roast +Belgium endive
yogurt + proteins + some berries.
D: not sure yet... but will come up with something low carb.

Glad you had a good time.  I've made myself a salad for tomorrow - hope I can keep it down!

My stomach usually rejects vegetables about an hour after I eat them.  It's a rare salad that isn't regurgitated!  LOL (not)

Tomato soup has typically a lot of sugars - if I eat that - I either dump or crave more carbs. You may want to check that.

From the store, yes,it does. This was homemade and the only sugar was a teaspoon of honey for a whole pot, plus the arbs in the tomatoes.

Hadn't thought about it making me crave but it is possible. I will use a different kind next time, for a comparision,
Thx!

try that.  I love Tom soup, and I mean homemade. But still - liquids - and carbs... makes me crave. Due to that - I also limit the tomatoes - raw.
Have you tried to make really good broccoli soup? creamy with a touch or Parmesan... little of salt and pepper... yummy.... and green... lol...
