Hey everyone!  Thyis was my first day really focusing on eliminating carbs, and except for a juicy nectarine and a little ketchup, I pulled it off.

B:  egg/cheese omelet, coffee with cream
S:  peanuts
L: cottage cheese, ketchup, and a nectarine (the carbs happened when I was over-hungry and tired)
S: calorie-free sweet drink
D:  fried queso fresco and marinara

The total damages:
Calories: 1430
Protein: 93 g
NetCarbs: 46
