Sorry it's raining, perhaps you'll have better luck later in the week.  What vegetables do you snack on - my vsg doesn't like veg at all!

I eat celery, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.  I haven't had any issue with veggies just the high carb sweets!

Best of luck to you Raynetta

Thanks for the info.  I'll just have to start at a mouthful of veg and build up slowly.  I did eat some broad beans on Sunday and kept them down, but I had to take the tough skin off each one.  They were worth it!

I can't imagine curried liver!!  PERVERT!! (LOL).  Are we talking drink as in alcohol?  I used to drink too much when I was a Policeman, it was part of the culture.  Haven't had a drink for over 10 years, and don't miss it.  In fact I tried a sip of wine on our last wedding anniversary and spat it out!  Janice thought it was delicious, so my tastes have changed...

lol... Yea... "Pervert"  I made that thing and it took me 3 days to acctually try it. Mind you I started with 5 lbs of chicken liver... so I have to discove rnew ways to eat it.
It acctully taste good. I bet you would like it.
Very nice and spicy, fragrant. With just a touch of liver taste.

as for drinks - yeap. alcohol. Before the darn RNY never had issues with alcohol. But after... differnt story.  So I decided to give it up. Completely.  So far so good.  Though I miss a nice glass of sharp white wine with dinner. Or red wine...

But after RNY - I could not stop on one... not sure why... and I many days I would start drinking once I got home. Though many days that was late anyway... but I hate being dependant on a substance like that.  I seen my ex suing and abusing ..and that was one main reason for me to get a divorce.

You need to dry the liver curry one day.. really nice... .
