Paul, where are you? 

I did quite well yesterday. At least carb wise... (finally)

Today will be good day too...

Coffee + Al. Milk
protein shake
tea...
liver and onions...
curry liver.... (yea, I know... but I need the iron...)
tuna sashimi... (that's why I had liver 2 times)
some cheese, 1/2 grapefruit.. 
some nuts...

My plan for the day:

Coffee - no cream
eggs and sausage patties
grilled chicken salad with lots of veggies
hard salami with cheese - If I need a snack
baked chicken cordon  blue with veggies
sugar free jello

Did not make it to the gym but maybe tonight????

Hi there, son was ill again today so I've been distracted...  Couldn't you chew a few girders rather than liver??  LOL.

3 boiled eggs
2 Atkins bars
Sausages
3 Ryvita with stilton butter
Coffee and tea

Laser surgery on my left eye tomorrow, so will post very early or not at all.  Have a great Thursday!
