Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Tuesday everyone!
Went too carby yesterday. It was fruits... and nuts... but still..
Today will be better...
coffee+ Al. milk
1/2 protein bar (before 4 mile walk)
coffee + Al milk
coffee protein shake.
coffee + Al milk (I am really tired)
shawarna + hummus + salad (Lebanese dish)
protein shake (or liver with onions...)
protein ice cream... or curry liver... + cucumber... + yogurt..
Today will be better...

Back from a quick vacation and now back on strict atkins!
1/2 dec 1/2 reg coffee - no cream
B- 2 eggs 2 sausage patties
L- homemade cabbage roll
S- hard salami and piece of cheese
D- steak & green beans
s-sugar free jello
I have to stay on track. I have to get this regained weight back off!
