Alex missed two exams yesterday, didn't tell us or he'd have been in school in a wheelchair! TEENAGERS!!!!!

3 boiled eggs
Sausages
3 Ryvita with stilton butter
2 Atkins bars
Coffee and tea.

Went too carby yesterday.  It was fruits... and nuts... but still..

Today will be better...
coffee+ Al. milk
1/2 protein bar (before 4 mile walk)
coffee + Al milk
coffee protein shake.
coffee + Al milk (I am really tired)
shawarna + hummus + salad (Lebanese dish)
protein shake (or liver with onions...)
protein ice cream... or curry liver... + cucumber... + yogurt..

Back from a quick vacation and now back on strict atkins!

1/2 dec 1/2 reg coffee - no cream
B-  2 eggs 2 sausage patties
L- homemade cabbage roll
S- hard salami and piece of cheese
D- steak & green beans
s-sugar free jello

I have to stay on track.  I have to get this regained weight back off!

coffee with SF creamer and splenda
boiled egg, 2 turkey sausages
coffee with SF creamer and splenda
3 oz chicken, cheese stick, salad, ranch dressing
ham wrap with cheese and lettuce
hot dog, 1/2 chili, salad
lots of water

and yes, TEENAGERS!!! ugh!
