Start of the week and my son is missing school and an exam as he's unable to move away from the toilet.  Just thought I'd share the joy...

2 boiled eggs
Sausages
3 Ryvita with light cheese triangles
2 Atkins bars
Coffee and tea.

Breakfast:  Protein drink
Lunch:       Tilapia
Dinner:       Salmon

My eats today:

coffee + almond milk
B: liver + onions... (yes , for breakfast)
more coffee + Al. milk
L: liver + onions
protein shake
yogurt + proteins + berries (maybe.. ) or lettuce beef wraps..
pork with mushroom  sauce, cucumber salad.
papaya
nuts..

I'm brave, but not brave enough for liver and onions for breakfast!  I may have some peanuts later.

lol.. I was cooking my livers in the morning... and decide to try some..  it was good enough that I have a whole serving before I knew it. 
Sometimes i wake up early and cook food in the morning - for lunch and for dinners.
I had a few lbs of liver... (5 lbs - they come 5 lbs frozen) so when I cook them - have to make a few dishes. 
My iron is low... so... liver is my option... Glad that I like it.

If you like liver - you may try that...
Next batch - I will make a good liver pate... if you were closer - I would give you some..

L: shrimp scampi, baybel cheese slice, s.f. jello jiggler cup
S: Atkin's bar
D: protein shake

*Blah......feeling bloated...and gross....*T.O.M.*
Question: is it normal to gain 3-4 lbs in 2 days during T.O.M.??

Answer: absolutely.... hormones... salt issue, bloating, etc...

 yeah - back to tracking!!!! Accountability!
coffee and SF hazelnut creamer splenda
B:  egg, turkey sausage
L:  tuna, salad, lite asian dressing, cheese
S:  protein drink coffee
D:  calavasitas (squash with some tomatoes and cheese), beef, green chilies, dollop of sour cream
S:  protein drink

probably net 30 after it is all said and done

GLAD to be back on track - feel better already
