B: liver + onions... (yes , for breakfast)
more coffee + Al. milk
L: liver + onions
protein shake
yogurt + proteins + berries (maybe.. ) or lettuce beef wraps..
pork with mushroom sauce, cucumber salad.
papaya
nuts..

Sometimes i wake up early and cook food in the morning - for lunch and for dinners.
I had a few lbs of liver... (5 lbs - they come 5 lbs frozen) so when I cook them - have to make a few dishes.
My iron is low... so... liver is my option... Glad that I like it.
If you like liver - you may try that...
Next batch - I will make a good liver pate... if you were closer - I would give you some..

Answer: absolutely.... hormones... salt issue, bloating, etc...

L: tuna, salad, lite asian dressing, cheese
S: protein drink coffee
D: calavasitas (squash with some tomatoes and cheese), beef, green chilies, dollop of sour cream
S: protein drink
probably net 30 after it is all said and done
GLAD to be back on track - feel better already
