Carb Accountability - Thursday / Friday

Hey people... let 's see.. I am late posting this so here it goes:

Today I got my blood work results. And except my iron (low) everything looks great.
I guess eating mostly meat and then meat and cheese and and eggs... etc... makes your Blood work really good. i.e. my cholesterol is 148 (total) with HDL 58, and triglycerides: 50... and so on...

Thursday eats:
coffee + al. milk (x 2)
bacon, 2 cheese sticks
protein shake
beef roast + green lettuce
peanuts, peach
London broil + lettuce
1/4 nut bar
liver + onions

Will post Friday Tomorrow.

I was NPO all day for a test this afternoon so my menu is kinda screwy but carbs are good!
B NPO
L NPO S italian beef sausage
S brazil nuts
S carb smart icecream
S protein shake double/homemade almond milk
T 24.7 N 21.7

Bacon and scrambled eggs
Ryvita and low fat cheese triangles
Sausages
Coffee and tea.

May well have to reduce my diabetic tablets as I'm waking up sweating in the early morning.  This indicates my blood sugars are running low during the night - YAY!

Today:

B: Protein shake
S: soy 'bread' slice w/p.b.
L: salad w/grilled chicken, baybel cheese
S: s.f. frapp blend w/heavy cream
D: 2 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 c mozerella cheese, 1 tbsp feta cheese
S: Protein bar

Cal: 1,179  Carb: 40  Protein: 103

Also did strength training lastnight *i'm sore today!*  As well as a 1-mile WATP dvd

*THIS WEIGHT IS COMING OFF!!*
