Carb Accountability - Wednesday

Did not do as planned yesterday, food wise. Had too many carbs. WAY too many. Not feeling that great today. O well... But I did go to a store and bought shoes.  The one I was wearing all the time was tooooo old and look so shabby... Not much damage and the new shoes will last 2 seasons. (this and next year). 

Eats today:
coffee+ Al milk
Andouille sausage links (2.5)
more coffee
Protein shake (maybe)
some lunch (salad + meat or ... who knows)
yogurt + proteins + flax... (need to get flax)

salad + proteins (going out - I think)

some fruits.. or not.

I'm wearing shoes I bought over ten years ago!

2 Atkins bars
2 scrambled eggs and 2 rashers bacon
3 sausages
Coffee and tea. 

Another pound lost today.  YAY!!

Noticed you are leaving off the Ryvitas. Do you think that is helping with starting losing again?

I just can't eat much of any carbs even good ones like beans;if I do it puts me right into mainteance mode and I don't lose.

I've dropped from 40 to 20 grms of carbs a day and it does seem to have helped.  I now limit myself to 3 Ryvitas a day - if I eat them at all.  12 pounds to go to 100 lost, don't care how long it takes as long as it happens!

I hear you. I am 4 # away from 100 lost at 16 months out and I am gonna get there,time frame doesn't matter. Just keep on keeping on!

Definitely did not eat too well today:

B: protein shake
S: soy 'bread' slice w/p.b.
L: baked chicken, baybel cheese
S: soy 'bread' slice w/p.b.
D: 1/2 c salad, 1.5 oz gouda cheese, 4 shrimp scampi
Coffee, tea and a little milk.
S: Atkins bar

Cal: 1,101 Carb: 41 Protein: 83

Yup...I'm getting myself psyched to do induction again. MUST get off these 2lbs I gained and FINALLY get to my goal weight of 150!!
