Starting to get dizzy a lot lately? I had this before and could never figure out how to stop it.
What do you all think I should do?

For me it is diheydration and lower Blood pressure. Also - lack of minerals.  I added more salt to my food (good natural mineral rich salts) and feel better...

I'm a huge fan of calling the doctor and asking him/her.

There are a lot of different types of "dizzy" and a bajillion more reasons for any of them.

Ask
your
doctor!!!!

Dizziness can have many causes.  Journal when it happens and call your doctor.  Jot down what you've eaten, fluids, meds, activity etc.  Jot down things like happens upon standing or at a certain time of day, etc.  A journal will help your doctor pinpoint possible causes.  Good luck.
