Carb accountability round up... -Wednesday eddition

Hey everyone...
I started the day not too good.  Got up hungry, got a piece of meatloaf and the darned peaches...
Next thing I knew I was in a carb comma, and when i woke up - I got RH - low BS.. that will teach me... Of course had to eat a higher carb protein bar (that and the peaches already blew my carbs for today).  so the plan is:

meatloaf, 3 small peaches (no skin)
protein bar (20 gr carbs)
coffee+ almond milk
protein shake
salmon, pickles
more salmon (salmon cakes, low carb)
more meatloaf... (love it - low carb, very moist)

 Oh, Hala, summer fruit is one of my major downfalls!  There is a fig tree right outside my front door, that produces the most amazing, pink-centered, tender, honeydew sweet fruit from July through September, and I just never, ever resist.  

Today's haul:

B:  3 eggs, a pot of coffee with creamer
S:  a pot of decaf with creamer
L: cheese "crackers" and queso fresco with marinara
S: blueberry/greek yogurt smoothie, also two oreos, go figure
S:  a pretzel
D:  I have no idea, I'm too tired and carb-slumped to find the kitchen
