Hi, I just found this group today. I'm also starting my 2ND week of the induction stage. So far I have lost 9 pounds. My question is what happens in the following weeks? I know you add a little more carbs each week or so. I want to go to the next stage since I want to lose 13 more pounds or so.

The biggest food I'm craving is popcorn!!!

Welcome to the group.
One way to add some extra carbs is by some low glycemic fruits,  Add that very slowly.  Or add more vegetables.
Make sure you get enough fiber. Atkins may cause severe constipation if not controlled.
I use flax meal fiber, and chia seeds.  I also make sure I supplement extra magnesium )( I use mag oxide, and take 800-1200 mg mag daily).

Please check the recipe tread at the top of the page.  great and some are really easy...

Welcome, glad you have joined us.  I generally stay on extended induction for awhile.  Then I raise my carbs to 50g, 75g, and finally 100g max for total carbs.  Weight loss is my guide to how quickly I move on.

I am carb sensitive so over 100g total is only for special occaisions for me.  Try and stick to low gycemic index foods and avoid refined carbs as you move out of induction.
