I'm at my carb max today but is better than over the max. Carbs 27% vs my goal of 25% or less.
The eats: Not good today. Too many refined carbs. I'm working on these cravings but its rough. Nothing else bu****er or another zero cal beverage for the night.
Chicken wing, general's chicken, rice
