CARb Accountability: Monday Edition

I'm on the influenza diet.  Probably held down (and in) about two ounces of cheese over the last few days, which is also why no posts ...

But as for YOU all ... How is the low-carbing going?  

I would post what I ate lately, but I don't have much memory of it.  On a lighter note, since reverting back to Induction last Tuesday, and having stomach flu, I'm down five pounds!  Woo!  Hoo!


Whaddja eat?

2 scrambled eggs and 2 Ryvita
Ryvitas and stilton butter
Cottage cheese and pineapple
Chicken
Coffee and tea.

As the Rapture didn't happen, I'll have to work!

Sorry you do not feel well.. hope that it will pass fast.

I did pretty good last few days... I try to stay below 70 carbs , and below 40 net carbs (I do not count fiber)  So far so good.
Today will be easy day...

protein coffee
1/2 protein bar (went for a fast walk - needed more carbs - or I get low BS)
flax meal muffin (love the recipe)
beef roast + some veggies
yogurt + proteins+ flax + berries
beef burger + cheese on savory flax muffin slices
stuffed red pepper, salad

Pork chop with stewed apple (no sugar added)
Stilton butter and Ryvitas
Cottage cheese with pineapple
Coffee and tea.
