Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

doing OK. More carbs that I wanted to... but still within my good limits.
today eats are simple:
coffee + protein shake
protein shake...
1/2 stuffed red pepper (made last night), protein mini muffin.
meatloaf + 1/2 stuffed red pepper + salad (not sure how much I can eat)
yogurt + proteins + flax meal
flax muffin (thanks for the recipe - these are great) + some topping (maybe)
dinner: not sure.. either something when I am running errands or will make egg caserole once I get home tonight)
