Yay!  I made it through my first day of induction yesterday (for about the dozenth time) ... Today is day two for me, and we shall see what happens!


What are you eating today?

6 Ryvita and light cheese triangles
Light cottage cheese and Pineapple
1 Atkins bar
Coffee and tea.

Congrats on making through day one of induction - again (it happens).

Protein Shake
Egg, Spinach, Edamame, string cheese
Chicken and Asparagus
V8
Egg
Chicken, Green Beans, Bacon, Almonds, corn

Low Carb yogurt for snack later

Made it!

B:  eggs and hollandaise sauce -- my day goes much better when I front-load with fat!
S:  coffee and full crem
S:  smoked edam
L: greek yogurt and blueberries
S: chopped liver
D:  sausage and peppers


Omigosh, getting through a whole day of induction is sometimes a really big deal!!!
