Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Supplements?
If you are a WLS patient, you need to maintain the usual supplements that your doctor wants you to take. You don't really need more than that -- and usually that's already quite a lot!!!

Interested in low-carb nutrition? Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating? Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/
I had RNY so I already supplement a lot. But when I go on the induction phase - really low carbs - I add extra vit B's and C's. B's and C's are in carbs and veggies, fruits. I want to make sure I get enough. I also make sure I get more fiber - and magnesium. There is nothing good about getting constipated on high protein diet. Magnesium helps me going. I use Mag oxide in capsule form.
And plenty of water.

Ok, so basically, since I'm already taking alot of supplements, I may not need more.
Though, I did actually go out and re-buy the DANDR and there were quite a few that I'm not currently taking (such as: CoQ10, L-Carnitine, Chromium, etc.) so I was wondering if anyone taking those realized a positive impacted to their weight loss.
